ISRO's Chandrayaan-3 reached lunar orbit on Saturday evening (05-08-2023). The spacecraft had already overcome the pull of Earth's gravity. "ISRO" issued a statement after the successful launch of 'Chandrayaan-3' into lunar orbit on Saturday. It said that at 7.12 pm, the process of putting the spacecraft into lunar orbit began. It was successfully done in a total of 1835 seconds of effort. 'Chandrayaan-3' is currently in a 164 km X 18074 km orbit under the Moon's gravitational pull.

But in the 'country' of the moon, the process is somewhat reversed. This time, as the speed decreases in one direction, 'Chandrayaan-3' will reach a smaller orbit step by step in the other direction.
