Wake up, this is AL-AQSA!

 

This is not ordinary land. This is a holy, blessed, and sanctified land that Allah (S.W.T.) himself sanctified.

This is the land that Allah (S.W.T.) mentioned in the Quran. 

This is the land on which the second mosque on Earth was built.

This is the land on which one prayer is equal to 1,000 prayers. 

This is the land from which the Messenger (S.A.W.) was taken up to heaven to meet Allah (S.W.T.). 

This is the land on which the Messenger (S.A.W.) led all the prophets in prayer. 

This is the land on which we faced prayer for 16 months before the Kabbah. 

This is the land on which the angels of Allah (S.W.T.) are spreading their wings. 

This is the land on which the Prophet (S.A.W.) took the cup of milk as a result of His (S.A.W.). Ummah (i.e., me and you) were guided to the right path. Otherwise, had he (S.A.W.) taken the cup of wine, the entire Ummah would have gone astray. 

This is the land on which the Prophet (S.A.W.) said the best of the inhabitants of Earth will reside, where Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) migrated (i.e., Jerusalem).

This is the land on which the Prophet Musa (A.S.) requested from Allah (S.W.T.) to let him die close to it, so much so that he would be just a stone’s throw away from it. 

We seek closeness to Allah (S.W.T.) by loving this land. Betrayal of this land is betrayal of Allah (S.W.T.) and His Messenger (S.A.W.), and it is forbidden for a believer to betray Allah (S.W.T.) and His Messenger (S.A.W.).
